    I like the way hotel staff meeting and greeting their guests .the quitness of the hotel,food and breakfast

    In the main lobby , the leather cousions in their sofa are not stable and moving from the sofa , please address this issue to the managemant , I already discussed it with them, It is good quality of leather ,but it need to be corrected from the design concept.

    A good stay with surprises

    The view from my room was amazing! Waking up to it each morning reminded me of a dream. The staff went the extra mile to ensure my comfort.

    Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled at night. I mentioned it, but it wasn't resolved before my departure.

    The restaurants and the value of the money, and size of the room.

    The noise from both construction in the higher floor, although I complained 2 times about it, and the noise coming from the rooms next to you, You can hear the guy next door snoring.

    I booked luxurious classic king room here with twin beds, bathtub and the bathroom. This hotel had a very central position in a beach resort.

    The overall facilities were newly renovated with modern classy furniture, lighting and control unit of the room easy accessible by bed side, convenient space

    The TV wasn't working although I wasn't interested and didn't ask for maintenance but at least it should be working at guest's arrival! I guess!!
